We’re beyond proud to share that The Pot & Glass has been featured in The Telegraph’s Top 500 Best Pubs in England for 2025! It’s an incredible honour and a true reflection of the hard work and passion our team puts in every single day.

From our cosy atmosphere and carefully kept cask ales to the Thai dishes served up by Pot & Wok, we’ve always aimed to create a space that feels warm, welcoming, and just a little bit special. Whether you’re a regular or just popping in on a countryside walk, this pub is all about real hospitality — and we’re so proud to be recognised for it.

Funky Soul Sunday Returns – Bank Holiday Vibes at The Pot & Glass
We’re bringing the soul back this Bank Holiday weekend with our second Funky Soul Sunday of the year — and yes, Stevie T is back! 🎶

Join us on Sunday 25th May for an afternoon of feel-good tunes, chilled-out vibes, and the perfect excuse to gather your friends and soak up the atmosphere in our Pot & Glass Beer Garden (fingers crossed for sunshine!).

🕓 Time: 4pm–7pm
📍 Location: Pot & Glass Beer Garden, Egglescliffe Village

Expect an upbeat mix of funky soul classics and laid-back grooves, all brought to you by the brilliant Stevie T, who knows exactly how to set the mood for a proper Sunday session. Whether you’re dancing in your seat or swaying with a pint in hand, it’s the ideal way to wind down the weekend.

And it wouldn’t be a Sunday at The Pot & Glass without our famous Sunday Curry Day offer from Pot & Wok. From 2pm to 8pm, enjoy your Thai Curry favourites for just £12, including Pad Thai & Chow Mein. It’s the perfect pairing: soulful sounds and bold, delicious flavours.
